Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, focused on backend development.
• Strong proficiency with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems, and functional programming.
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) and working with PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• A strong product sense and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch, including writing technical specs and ensuring smooth releases.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date with the Elixir ecosystem to drive innovation.
