Qualifications

• Advanced English required; reading, writing, and speaking with clients in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance information.
• Prepare special reports and complete special projects to inform financial status.
• Post adjusting journal entries to correct errors.
• Manage general ledger accounts including accounts receivable/payable and depreciation.
