Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a remote capacity. You will ensure GAAP compliance, support monthly closes, and protect confidential information while contributing to growth initiatives.

You will work with Great Plains, NetSuite, and MS Excel, handle intercompany transactions, audits, and tax filings, and collaborate across business units in North America and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly close including revenue and expense accruals and intercompany reconciliation.
• Assist audits and tax preparation with substantiation documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with FP&A.
• Maintain tax filings calendar for various jurisdictions.
