ScholarshipOwl is seeking a gritty, resilient Sales Development Representative to drive a high-volume pipeline for our B2B products and services. You will build targeted lists, execute multi-channel outreach, and craft hyper-personalized messages to qualify leads for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes research, fast follow-ups, and data-driven activity. Fully remote with overlapping U.S. hours and ongoing coaching to boost career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound SDR/BDR experience with quota achievement.
• Strong CRM background (HubSpot preferred) and active LinkedIn prospecting chops.
• Experience running structured outreach sequences with high activity.
• Excellent written English with concise, punchy messaging.
• Grit, curiosity, and coachability; no formal degree required.

Responsibilities

• Relentless prospecting to build targeted accounts and contacts.
• Multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, video, and calls.
• Tailor messages based on verticals and buyer personas.
• Qualify leads using discovery frameworks before handing to AEs.
• Document clean SDR-to-AE handoffs for smooth demos.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and activity logs.
• Share weekly KPIs and participate in coaching sessions.
