Hubclub Go is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and data integration to drive Talent projects forward. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring seamless SAP SuccessFactors integration with other systems.

You will work with global teams, document requirements, develop test plans, and support change management to ensure successful implementations. Remote collaboration is expected, with advanced English skills in use.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP SuccessFactors and data integration experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience in Talent domain is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from stakeholders for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs.
• Analyze existing Talent processes and recommend SAP SuccessFactors-based improvements.
• Design and implement data integration solutions with secure data flow between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Create clear business requirements, process maps, use cases and related documentation.
• Develop test plans and scenarios to validate functionality and integration against business needs.
