Syntax seeks an experienced SAP professional with a passion for customer service and transformational change. The role focuses on SAP SD in a public cloud context and involves pre-sales collaboration, QA checks, and leading-edge architectural guidance for complex SD enhancements.

Remote work and international collaboration across US/Canada are supported, with opportunities to work on SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud for Execution initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 full life cycle SAP implementations.
• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 3rd party ordering.
• International trade (optional).
• Intra-stat (optional).
• Ability to work in the US and Canada.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing activities across multiple regions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in pre-sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Delivery)
• Assist SD competency lead in QA checks on SD implementations
• Work with SD competency lead to drive improvements in Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities
• Take lead in design of complex SD enhancements and/or extensions to standard SAP
• Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing leading edge solutions in the SD space (e.g. Mobile solutions, Business Intelligence)
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
