Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a Business Analyst to drive end-to-end HR integrations and data-driven solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design functional artifacts, and support HRIT, HR test teams, and production support across SAP Employee Central and related platforms.

Join a collaborative POD with developers, Product Owners and Release managers to deliver scalable HR solutions and adopt DevOps practices in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Strong functional skills in HR processes and technology.
• Ability to gather requirements and deliver timely analyses in a fast-paced project-based environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end integration delivery through requirement gathering, analysis, design, documentation and engagement.
• Assist with test scenario preparation and guidance for HRIT and HR test teams.
• Provide HRIT integration SME production support for integration troubleshooting and analysis.
• Participate in change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
