Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data, solution, and functional analysis for HR IT integrations. You will work with developers, Product Owners and Release managers in a POD structure to gather requirements and deliver functional artifacts for HR integrations.

You will provide SME support to HR technical SMEs and act as a liaison for solution design and delivery across HR applications. This role focuses on integrations but can broaden to other HR solution areas.

Formación

• Strong experience with SAP Employee Central and HR data models.
• Excellent business analysis skills with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Management platform and related configurations.
• Proven ability to deliver requirements and artifacts in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Experience with core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Release management.
• Experience in a DevOps environment and Agile software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of SaaS software ecosystems and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of HR processes, Shared Services or Contact Centers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery from requirement gathering to design and engagement.
• Manage requirements gathering and analysis for HRIT integrations.
• Assist with test scenario creation and provide guidance to HRIT test teams.
• Troubleshoot data and functional requirements through deployment pipelines.
• Provide SME production support for HRIT integrations and issue resolution.
• Contribute to change management activities and stakeholder communications.
• Support the implementation of HR solutions across platforms.
