HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking a Business Specialist – Enterprise Applications to analyze and support ERP across its global digital landscape, with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. You will liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure scalable, standard solutions.

The role covers GTM, Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and compliance processes, requires 5+ years in ERP analysis, and offers remote work with global teams, training, and employee discounts.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plant-to-Produce, or Global Trade Management.
• Ability to gather, document, and validate requirements and test scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current and future state business processes across ERP applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, regs, and system challenges.
• Perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Document and validate business requirements and test scenarios.
• Translate needs into functional requirements aligned with SAP capabilities.
• Support design decisions toward configuration-driven, standardized approaches.
• Define business scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support SIT and UAT testing and defect triage.
• Assist with deployment readiness and post-go-live activities.
• Contribute to user documentation and training adoption.
• Participate in continuous improvement across enterprise applications.
