Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Sr Sales Support Specialist to ensure accurate processing of hardware, software, and service orders. You will act as a central coordinator between Sales, Finance, Planning, and Logistics to enable timely order execution and data integrity.
The role requires 3–5 years in order management within hardware/software, experience with Salesforce, SAP/Oracle, and strong communication skills.
Formación
- 3-5 years of order management experience in hardware/software.
- Ability to interpret complex hardware configurations and licensing models.
- Strong communication with internal stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Contract & pricing verification against quotes and contracts.
- Process and validate high volumes of hardware and software orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and provisioning teams.
- Identify and resolve pricing or configuration issues to prevent delays.
- Communicate order status and delivery timelines to Sales and Shipping.
- Maintain CRM/ERP data integrity and reports.
