Zebra Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Customer Order Specialist to ensure accurate entry of product and service contract orders, acting as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams to deliver a smooth quoting-to-order process.

You will manage quotes, support invoicing, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries while maintaining strong data integrity and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to service policies.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years data entry or order management experience.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Enter new product or service contract orders accurately.
• Primary contact for key accounts with complex contracts.
• Meet or exceed departmental metrics through organization and responsibility.
• Provide timely price quotes and track orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments on inquiries regarding orders, invoicing, availability, or issues.
• Collaborate with management to resolve complex problems as a team.
• Uphold the OEX customer strategy and deliver a positive experience.
