Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Installation Coordinator to orchestrate hardware deployments across customer fleets from a remote Mexico location. You will coordinate pre-install logistics, validate site readiness, and ensure the SOW is understood before kickoff.

You will track progress, address deviations, and keep internal teams informed to guarantee a smooth customer experience. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Implementation, and Support, plus ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple installs in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-installation logistics with partners.
• Validate customer and site readiness, including cable availability and configuration.
• Track real-time installation progress and adhere to the project plan.
• Drive weekly installation reporting cadence and provide updates to internal teams.
• Provide proactive communication and transparency with customers during install projects.
• Define and continuously improve installation coordination processes using AI and RPA tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support to ensure alignment.
• Ensure installation partners are trained and follow Samsara standards.
• Maintain installation evidence and proper documentation.
