Job summary

Opperate connects top-performing SDRs with the highest-paying international SaaS companies. This remote role in Mexico involves high-volume outbound prospecting to book demos with US-based decision makers and to build a strong pipeline.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, pass qualified leads, and strive to exceed quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records. Fluency in English and willingness to work US hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must work US Hours.
• Fluent English communicator (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years B2B technical sales or prospecting experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and booking meetings.
• Experience closing deals is a bonus.
• Competitive OTE (adjustable based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails) to book demos with decision makers.
• Identify influencers within accounts and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
• Build and manage cadences/sequences for outreach using best practices.
• Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with AEs to pass qualified leads and accelerate deals.
• Drive urgency and communicate value to prospective customers.
• Hit or exceed monthly quotas consistently.
