Hootsuite is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the enterprise implementation of Talkwalker and Hootsuite's Enterprise offerings for customers with complex needs. You’ll drive adoption and ensure time‑to‑value through efficient, best‑practice methodologies.

You will manage project activities, build trusted customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals and ROI. Accommodations available upon request during the selection process.

Formación

• 5+ years proven experience in Enterprise project implementation in IT, SaaS or consulting-related functions.
• Proven project management skills and ability to work with multiple Enterprise customers to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and translate complex business requirements into solutions that meet customer goals.
• Process/Project Management: skilled at managing processes and timelines to get work done.
• Problem Solving: organized, logical approach to root causes of issues.
• Open Communication: clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: work with others to deliver results and prioritize team needs.
