Blumberg Capital Company is seeking a Product Trainer to train customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker, guiding them through the end-to-end journey with the Professional Services team. The role supports remote or hybrid work across time zones.

You will run live webinars, onsite sessions when needed, and develop training materials. Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain tech clearly to diverse audiences are essential.

Formación

• Some practical experience in delivering training, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Clear and organized presentation techniques in person and via web.
• Proven ability to train or teach someone on a technology solution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions with cross-functional teams and customers to understand goals and training needs.
• Schedule training across time zones and regions and prepare agendas.
• Develop and maintain training materials, agendas, and templates.
• Create and present live webinars on Hootsuite products and ensure content is understood.
