DoorDash Labs in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Operations Shift Lead to supervise the daily activities of our remote operations team. You will ensure that testing, deployment, logging, and workflow across offices run smoothly during your shifts, maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

You will report to the Labs Operations Manager, manage schedules, adapt to non-traditional hours, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineers to drive process improvements and align team

Formación

• 3+ years in autonomous and/or robotics operations management.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and efficient practices with safety teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the remote operations team.
• Ensure safe, productive, and efficient shift coverage across testing, deployment, and logging.
• Manage schedules and workflows to meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with engineers and team leads to align objectives.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards during shifts.
