DoorDash in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Forecasting Workforce Management team. You will drive projects that scale global operations, optimize processes, and deliver cost-saving solutions.

You will bridge data and business requirements and lead cross-functional initiatives with BI, Data Science, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience. You will design metrics, read ETL pipelines, and develop dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Quicksight, and Looker,

Formación

Masters Degree in a Quantitative field or a Bachelors in a Quantitative field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and building dashboards with BI tools like Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Quicksight, Looker; Snowflake familiarity is a plus.
Able to read an ETL pipeline and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
Able to design new metrics and collaborate with Data Scientists.
Capable of leading projects independently and collaborating with Operations and Finance.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
Strong verbal and written communication with both individual contributors and senior leaders.
Advanced English proficiency for meetings, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

Manage processes and timelines, delivering concise updates to senior leaders.
Own GSIO business outcomes by driving initiatives with Data Science and BI teams.
Create BI dashboards and datasets to meet urgent business needs.
Lead demand planning for designated business lines and scale planning processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data-driven enhancements.
