IQVIA is seeking a Proposal Developer to support Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) processes from a home-based position. You will identify information for proposal text and budget development and collaborate with the proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals.

You will prepare text and budgets for proposals and rebids, revise preliminary agreements, ensure budgets reflect scope, and maintain accurate records in corporate databases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of direct experience in Proposals or related field.
• Knowledge of costing models and MS Excel/Word.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify information for proposal text and budget development.
• Work with proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals.
• Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids, and related documents.
• Provide support to other Proposal Developers.
• Revise or develop preliminary agreements and budgets.
• Ensure scope of work is defined and budgets reflect it.
• Understand and comply with proposal development processes and policies.
• Participate in strategy calls and discuss customer requirements.
• Perform quality control edits and finalize documents for distribution.
• Update and maintain corporate databases and tracking reports.
