IQVIA is seeking a Proposal Developer for its Central Labs team. This remote role supports global sales by crafting customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to produce high-quality proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

In this role, you will support the global sales organization by developing customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide. You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals that support business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.
