IQVIA is seeking a Proposal Developer for its Central Labs team. This remote role supports global sales by crafting customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to produce high-quality proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.
• Develop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Participate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain proposal databases and reporting systems.
