IQVIA is seeking a Contracts Specialist to prepare and maintain client contracts within a global team. You will collaborate with project teams to define terms, develop budgets, and ensure accurate scope for each study contract.

Ideal candidates bring experience in contracts, strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• 1+ year directly in contracts or related experience.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills for cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication for a Global team.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts
• Negotiating, developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work
• Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and changes are integrated into the main study contract
• Acting as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and assisting senior team members on larger projects
• Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts
