IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead for Study Operations to advance clinical trials delivered from a remote/USA-Canada base. You will coordinate with clinical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using IQVIA tools and SOPs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication to optimize quality and speed of study outcomes. Fluency in English and significant global study experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field required or equivalent experience.
• +7 years of clinical research experience including around 5 years project management in global, client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal English, with good presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage study milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development and may lead presentations for smaller regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller, less complex regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
