IQVIA is seeking a Principal Stat Programmer to ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistical programming across multiple clinical projects. You will use R and SAS, and work with CDISC ADaM/SDTM models to develop and validate complex data sets and outputs.

This 100% home-based role requires strong leadership, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and drive continuous improvements in programming workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years working with efficacy analysis (Adam datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years on ADaM statistical programming on clinical trials.
• Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SAS programming language.
• Advanced English (both written and spoken).
• Native language is required - LATAM: Spanish or Portuguese.
• Ability to lead/manage others and mentor junior programmers.
• Demonstrates robust technical aptitude with SAS and CDISC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and validates complex datasets and outputs using SAS programming, ensuring compliance with CDISC standards such as ADaM and SDTM models.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize programming processes and enhance efficiency and accuracy.
