HomeLight is seeking a customer-focused representative for a permanent remote role based in Tijuana, Mexico. You will be the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers, conducting consultative conversations and guiding clients to the best HomeLight solutions.

You’ll handle inbound warm leads, follow up with thoughtful outreach, and maintain detailed records in our CRM. A high-quality experience, active listening, and the ability to build trust quickly are essential to help clients make

Formación

• Excellent communication and listening skills required.
• Ability to guide conversations with clients in a consultative manner.
• Experience talking to customers over the phone and closing opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers who have expressed interest through HomeLight
• Handle inbound (warm) leads through both incoming and outbound follow-up calls — no cold calling required
• Conduct one-on-one, consultative conversations to understand each client’s home buying or selling needs
• Build trust quickly and guide clients toward the most relevant HomeLight solutions
• Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that makes clients feel confident in their next steps
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
