Palmstreet is seeking a remote-based Business Development Representative located in Mexico to identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential sellers onto our platform. This hands-on role involves engaging with sellers digitally, evaluating their businesses, and guiding them through onboarding while supporting their growth on Palmstreet.

The position requires building a strong seller pipeline, meeting outreach targets, and building long-term relationships to help sellers thrive on Palmstreet.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related role.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research high-potential sellers across Mexico.
• Build a strong pipeline of seller leads and meet outreach targets.
• Persuade qualified sellers to join Palmstreet and guide onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with sellers and support early success.
• Gather seller feedback to inform product and go-to-market in Mexico.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ops, marketing, support).
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
