Vision Realty & Management is seeking a driven, highly organized Business Development Coordinator to manage our sales pipeline from first contact through closing. The role integrates an established lead pipeline, CRM, and pricing structure within a remote work setup.

You will support Property Managers and Directors, ensuring opportunities are prepared and moved forward, with a focus on research, analysis, and polished proposals for US property owners.

Formación

• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming sales calls and make initial outreach.
• Qualify prospects and gather property information.
• Schedule discovery calls.
• Research properties and prepare Comparative Market Analyses.
• Draft customized proposals.
• Manage CRM notes, tasks, follow-up, and pipeline stages.
• Coordinate follow-up until a decision is made.
• Help publish and coordinate company social media content.
