House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator responsible for managing acquisitions and dispositions to ensure timely settlements. The ideal candidate has over 2 years in the settlement/title industry and strong communication skills.

This contract role operates from 8:30-5:30 EST, Monday to Friday, with a compensation range of $10–15/hr USD. The role involves marketing properties, managing title company relationships, and supporting company expansions.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure acquisitions are processed timely for market readiness.
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into CRM properly.
• Manage relationships with title companies for timely processing.
• Assist with property marketing including ordering professional pictures.
• Partner with construction department to ensure project completion.
• Assist expansion into new geographic markets.
