Vision Realty & Management seeks a remote Business Development Coordinator to manage the sales pipeline from first contact through closing. You will operate within an established CRM, handle outreach, qualify prospects, and prepare analyses and proposals for property owners.

You will support Property Managers and Directors, coordinate discovery calls, publish social content, and ensure opportunities move smoothly. Strong organization and English communication are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming sales calls and make initial outreach
• Qualify prospects and gather property information
• Schedule discovery calls
• Research properties and prepare Comparative Market Analyses
• Draft customized proposals
• Manage CRM notes, tasks, follow-up, and pipeline stages
• Prepare the appropriate Property Manager or Director for each opportunity
• Coordinate follow-up until a decision is made
• Help publish and coordinate company social media content
