Job summary

ProfitCoach is seeking a hands-on, client-facing ops specialist for a fully remote role. The job blends property management processes with how software runs them, requiring strong English communication and either ops experience or technical automation skills.

Expect 40-45 hours per week and an immediate start. You’ll design, implement, and optimize workflows, document SOPs with visuals, and ensure quality across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have property management operations experience and/or strong technical capability in automation or CRM tools.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for core property management operations and client needs.
• Process optimization to improve efficiency, delegation, timelines, and automation.
• Own SOPs and translate processes into clear visual diagrams (LucidChart).
• Ensure quality and align with PM Ops standards across workflows and client scenarios.
