Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate operations management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising remote staff.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate transaction processes, from listing to closing.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM software, transaction management platforms, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
• Understanding of real estate law and compliance regulations.
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all remote real estate operations, ensuring seamless transaction processes.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures for remote agents.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of remote real estate agents.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Manage the integration and utilization of real estate technology and software platforms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing departments to support transaction closings.
• Develop training programs and resources to support the professional development of remote agents.
• Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall client satisfaction.
