Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to service owner and tenant experiences across active residential property-management files. This full-time, remote role aligns with Eastern Time hours and requires strong communication, organization and the ability to manage many properties.

You will act as the main contact, maintain CRM records, coordinate with owners, tenants and vendors, and ensure files stay moving with proactive updates.

Formación

• Three to five years of property management, account management, client success, client services, relationship management or comparable client-ownership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, properties, accounts or active files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling owner, tenant or client concerns.
• Strong process discipline and comfort working within a structured CRM and task-management system.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants throughout the management relationship.
• Manage multiple active clients, properties and files with strong organization and follow-through.
• Provide proactive updates so owners understand what is happening, what is pending and what comes next.
• Handle time-sensitive property and tenancy matters with urgency, professionalism and clear communication.
• Coordinate next steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors and other service providers.
• Collect, review and track required property, owner and tenant documentation.
• Maintain complete CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates and file movement.
• Identify stalled files, missed follow-ups, client concerns and service problems before they escape.
• Escalate serious issues promptly and use sound judgment to protect client satisfaction.
• Support a structured, process-driven property-management experience from onboarding through ongoing management.
