GC Realty & Development, LLC is seeking a remote Property Manager based in Mexico to manage relationships with US property investors. You will coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and finance, handling onboarding, daily communications, and owner approvals.

Required are at least 3 years of US property management experience and advanced English. You will respond within 2 hours, own the client relationship, and navigate US landlord-tenant norms.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years US residential property management experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English (C1/C2).
• Managed client relationships directly, not as support.
• Fluent in reading owner statements and explaining ROI.
• Experience delivering tough news and standing ground.
• Experience with US property maintenance workflows and contractor coordination.
• Hands-on with AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Propertyware, or Yardi (AppFolio preferred).
• Familiar with US landlord-tenant regulations; Illinois/Chicago law training provided.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri US Central business hours.
• Home office with reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Own The Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned property owners
• 2 Hour Response: Reply to every owner email, call, and text within 2 hours during business hours
• First Call Resolution: Deliver the right solution the first time so owners are not chasing you for updates
• Quarterly Check Ins: Run a scheduled check in call with every owner in your portfolio, every quarter
