Royal York Property Management, inc. in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee owner and tenant experiences across active property management files with remote options.

You will manage communications, follow-ups, documentation, and issue resolution while keeping multiple files moving in a high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills and professional interaction with owners, tenants, and vendors are essential.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of Account Management or related client-ownership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and professional handling of owner/tenant concerns.
• High process discipline and documentation accuracy within CRM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main point of contact for property owners and tenants.
• Manage multiple active client and property files with strong organization and follow-up.
• Provide proactive updates so owners know what is happening, what is pending, and what happens next.
• Coordinate next steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors, and property management operations.
• Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates, and file movement.
• Identify stalled files, missed follow-ups, client concerns, and service issues before they escalated.
• Escalate issues early when needed and protect client satisfaction through strong judgment.
