AvaHR is seeking a Remote Property Management Assistant in Mexico to support our U.S.-based property managers. This full-time role is 100% remote with hours aligned to Eastern Time. You will handle tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, and maintain property records while leveraging AppFolio and standard office tools.

The ideal candidate lives in Mexico, is fluent in Spanish and English, and can work full-time during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant and owner inquiries via email, text, and phone
• Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, vendors, and managers
• Enter and update information in AppFolio
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
• Prepare notices, letters, and tenant communications
• Maintain accurate tenant, owner, and property records
• Follow up with prospective tenants and leasing inquiries
• Assist with lease renewals and move-in/move-out coordination
• Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide general administrative support to the Orlando team
