• Experience using CRM and task-management systems for documentation and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for owners and tenants throughout the management relationship.
• Manage multiple active clients and properties with strong organization.
• Provide proactive updates so owners understand progress and next steps.
• Handle time-sensitive property and tenancy matters with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate steps between owners, tenants, internal teams and service providers.
• Maintain CRM records with notes, tasks, and follow-ups.
