Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to join our expanding team. You will lead multiple software projects, ensure on-time delivery, and balance budget and scope across diverse teams.

You will work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment, coordinating with US and LATAM stakeholders, and applying best practices in risk and change management to deliver high-quality solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in software project management.
• Experience delivering under fixed deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience coordinating multi-stream projects with budget, scope and resourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate tech concepts for non-technical clients.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple concurrent software projects from conception to delivery.
• Manage client dependencies, dates, owners and escalation paths.
• Run Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams and report status to clients and executives.
• Maintain risk registers and change-control processes across projects.
• Collaborate with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams to meet milestones.
