Overseas is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to support a founder and family in personal administration, scheduling, and household logistics. The role is remote, with a focus on proactive ownership and using AI tools like Claude Cowork.

Expect coordination of calendars, events, and family tasks in a trusted, documented system. Ideal candidates are self-starters who can operate with minimal direction, communicate clearly, and adapt to dynamic family scheduling across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or family EA.
• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks end to end without detailed direction.
• Able to state preferences openly and work with documented systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls during business hours to schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Set up medical, personal, and professional appointments for family members.
• Sync multiple calendars and manage conflicts proactively.
• Coordinate with the nanny on scheduling and logistics.
• Use documented preferences and AI tools to execute tasks without repeated clarifications.
• Leverage Claude Cowork and other AI tools for planning and execution.
