Hireframe is seeking a dependable Personal Assistant to support a business owner with real-time dictation, travel communications, and task organization. You will join live calls, take notes, and route responses to clients and the office.

fluently English and Spanish, strong typing, and Google Workspace proficiency are essential. This role is full-time, remote-first, based in Mexico, with Saturday availability.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with dictation, transcription, note-taking, or similar tasks.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Fast and accurate typing with strong organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Join live calls to take dictation and detailed notes for pricing, actions, and dates.
• Read and relay emails and messages during travel; draft replies for clients/office.
• Keep owner organized by tracking to-dos and follow-ups.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets, logs, and admin files.
• Provide light admin support (scheduling, reminders) as needed.
• Assist with organizing business growth ideas and next steps.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and maintain outreach records.
• Maintain monthly follow-up to keep relationships active and updated.
• Be comfortable with a rough script and improvise when needed.
