Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert for a remote independent contract role based in Mexico. Your focus will be designing realistic HR tasks, evaluating submissions with clear rubrics, and ensuring rigorous standards across payroll operations, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.

You will interpret HR documentation, source supporting materials, and deliver high-quality assessments on a flexible 12-month engagement with about 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on payroll, workforce planning, policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience developing and evaluating structured HR procedures and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent standards.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR tasks covering payroll operations, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Create objective evaluation criteria and grading rubrics for consistent reviewer assessments.
• Assess professional judgment by requiring interpretation of information and analysis of HR documentation.
• Prepare supporting documentation including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Ensure tasks are clear and well-defined to enable reliable evaluation.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.
