Pro Coffee Gear is hiring a Paid & Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition strategy, performance, and scaling. You will manage external agencies, drive roadmap for in-house execution, and own Google Ads and Meta Ads initiatives across search, shopping, Performance Max, and social channels.

You will partner with merchandising, lifecycle marketing, and creative teams to align goals, optimize ROAS, and expand channel mix. Remote role with global scope and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in paid/performance marketing or equivalent.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets and agency relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to forecast impact and optimize ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy across Google & Meta and coordinate with agencies.
• Lead transition plan to in-house execution and build scale processes.
• Own end-to-end Google Ads performance including search, shopping, and YouTube.
• Own Meta strategy for prospecting, retargeting, and product launches.
• Expand into new channels and define experiments with clear metrics.
