Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a self-motivated marketer to own Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will act as the client’s direct contact, lead updates, calls, and defend decisions with clear reasoning.

You will manage feeds, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns, design landing pages, and ensure robust tracking via GA4/GTM. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a bias for data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of attribution and ROI measurement.
• Ability to own client communication and present plans and results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end with direct client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, and bidding strategy.
• Manage Brand and Non-brand separately; analyze PMax and provide targets.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and Shopping delivery.
• Oversee GA4/GTM tracking and conversions; ensure data reconciliation.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints and boost performance.
• Explain decisions clearly and defend your recommendations to clients.
