Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks a Paid Ads Specialist based in Mexico. You will own the complete paid acquisition stack for Google and Meta, scaling big accounts and building campaigns from the ground up in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct account responsibility.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads spend exceeding $50k/month.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, and value-based bidding.
• Experience building a Meta ad account from scratch and scaling it.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition, from research to revenue reporting.
• Scale Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Build and structure Meta campaigns from scratch with testing frameworks.
• Lead audience research using first-party data and CRM signals.
• Develop AI-powered creatives and report on KPI progress weekly.
