Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) based in Mexico. Take ownership of paid acquisition across Google and Meta, driving new-customer revenue while maintaining sustainable customer acquisition costs.

You will scale an established Google Ads account spending over $100,000 per month, and build Meta advertising from the ground up, using AI-powered tools and data insights.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50,000 per month in Google Ads.
• Proven ability to launch and scale Meta campaigns from scratch.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and CAC optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete paid acquisition lifecycle across Google and Meta.
• Design tests, measure incrementality, and optimize ROAS.
• Develop audience strategies using first-party data and CRM signals.
• Collaborate with leadership and external creatives; manage freelancers if needed.
