Grupo Tecma is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join its remote-first team. You will optimize digital campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels to maximize efficiency in user acquisition and engagement.

This role requires strong analytics, proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and A/B testing. You will report insights to stakeholders and stay ahead of performance marketing trends.

Formación

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficient in web analytics and data visualization.
• Familiar with A/B testing and statistical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance data from campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement and manage A/B testing for creatives, pages, and targeting.
• Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to meet CPA and ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to align assets with objectives and brand guidelines.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
