Atomic Hr in Mérida, Mexico, seeks a Paid Media Specialist to own strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and YouTube for university and education clients.

You will optimize campaigns for inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation, collaborate with account, analytics and creative teams, and stay ahead of paid media trends in higher education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience in performance-driven campaigns.
• Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display and programmatic advertising.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month).
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting performance strategies to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Agency experience or fast-paced marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance for assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns align with partner goals such as inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to partners and internal teams.
• Identify and execute ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth execution and strong campaign performance.
• Stay informed on Paid Media trends, platform updates, and innovations within higher education marketing.
