Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in software or utilities.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA or OT solutions within utilities.
- Prior or current experience in the energy/utility sector is mandatory.
- Fluent/native Spanish; Advanced English for interaction with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex sales of OT software solutions for electric and gas utilities.
- Develop new business opportunities with mid-sized and large companies in the utility sector.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth targets.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying strategic customers and qualified opportunities.
- Deliver impactful, consultative sales presentations focused on business value.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closure.
