Pavago is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to own and improve our production AI conversation systems. You will onboard new clients, configure knowledge bases and integrations, and ensure smooth live deployments.

You will monitor conversations, diagnose issues, improve prompts, and measure impact on conversion, working directly with the founder in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Hands-on production experience with LLMs is required.

Formación

• Must have proven experience running LLM/AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience monitoring and improving production AI outputs.
• Experience with prompt engineering and system prompt optimization.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, failure modes, and iterative testing.
• Experience analyzing AI-generated conversations for improvements.
• Ability to work with webhooks, APIs, knowledge bases, or similar integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written English for editing messages and documenting changes.
• Attention to detail and ownership of production systems.
