Job summary

Twinkl is seeking a Country Manager to lead revenue growth, commercial strategy, and market expansion in Mexico. This 100% remote role requires permanent residence in Mexico and the right to work without restrictions.

You will own end-to-end commercial performance, drive subscriber acquisition, and manage the P&L to ensure long-term success. 37.5 hours per week with flexible, nationwide reach across education stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Mexican education market and customer needs.
• Experience leading and developing marketing strategies with key stakeholders.
• Experience teaching, ideally as part of a Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-specific strategy and act as primary contact for in-country government initiatives.
• Manage the P&L and achieve revenue and customer targets.
• Develop marketing strategies for the Mexican education landscape and guide content/campaign optimization.
• Identify and manage partnerships with local organizations and educational institutions.
• Collaborate with production, customer care, and global country manager forums to localize resources.
