• Experience using recruitment technologies, ATS, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists for high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from profiling to offers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders for workforce planning and talent needs.
• Use data to track metrics, identify improvements, and report recruitment effectiveness.
