Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Klaviyo and email marketing experience for e‑commerce brands.
• Experience creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and automated flows.
• Strong client-facing skills and professional communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through calls, meetings, and Slack, aligning expectations and building partnerships.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate campaign calendars, promotional strategies, and creative briefs with client goals.
• Review email designs and copy to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automated journeys using Klaviyo.
• Analyze campaign metrics and translate findings into actionable insights.
